Privacy Policy (DPDP Act, 2023)
We collect personal data of students and guardians solely for admission, academic administration, communication and statutory reporting (UDISE+, APAAR, board affiliation).
- Lawful purpose: Data is processed only for the purposes consented to at the time of collection.
- Data security: Sensitive identifiers such as Aadhaar are encrypted at rest. Access is role-restricted and audit-logged.
- Retention: Applicant and enquiry data is retained only as long as necessary and then purged.
- Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data by contacting the school office.
- Consent: By submitting forms on this website you consent to the processing of the data provided for the stated purpose.
